How to check your points on SHOTS.

First please note that any game you attend and get your Orange Passport card scanned at (which would be all NON mens basketball games listed on the Orange Passport Schedule) will show up as "Sabre Points" on both the "Orange Passport Card Sabre Points" page and the "Attendance History" Page.

All points for men's basketball games will NOT show up on the "Orange Passport Card Sabre Points" page, they will show up as "Men's Basketball Points" under the "Attendance History" page.

For any game where points were added manually (either due to an error, or the scanners being down and you wrote your name/id down), these points will NOT show up in the itemized list. They should, however, be reflected in your total points.

Example: Adding the itemized points is definitely less than 26, the total. This is because some points were added manually. This page is the "Orange Passport Card Sabre Points." It only show points where your Orange Passport was scanned.

In order to see both your Men's Basketball Points and your Sabre Points, click on the "Attendance History" Page. As you can see, both the totals for "Sabre Points" and "Men's Basketball" are listed on this page. For timed entry, SHOTS will use the sum of these two totals.

So before you email with a point problem, please be sure to check the following:

-Check to make sure you are looking at the right page. If you are trying to see men's basketball points, they wont show up on the "Orange Passport Card Sabre Points Page," you need to check the "Attendance History" page.

-Don't rely on the itemized list, just because it says a zero there doesn't mean you haven't been awarded the points. Chances are, the points have been added to your total.

-Points are not awarded immediately, please wait a few days for them to show up.

-Your name
-The game in which there is a point discrepancy (Be sure to include the sport, the opponent and the date).
-Your point total as it appears on the "Attendance History" page
-Your expected point total
